5th Annual Corvettes for a Cure – A Benefit for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association

5th annual Corvettes For a Cure - attendance growth has created the need to move the show to a new, larger venue. The new location will allow room for at least 4 00 Corvettes and will provide attendees with comfortable, grassy surroundings and an air conditioned area to escape the July sun.

One hundred percent of event proceeds will be donated to the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Highlights include:
• Sunday, July 20, 2008, 10am-4pm Rain or Shine. (Gates open at 8am)
• NEW LOCATION: Center for Arts & Technology Pickering Campus located at 1580 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460
• NEW AWARD: ’TLC Award’ Bring any Vette in any condition, as long as you can drive it to the show, and have the chance to win gift certificates from major parts vendors!
• NEW ENTERTAINMENT: Performance by the Roger Girke Band – a great blues band! To kick the event up a notch, the Roger Girke Band will entertain the crowd with their mix of contemporary and traditional blues, drawing in the New Orleans tradition.
• Panel judged show with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies in 7 classes : C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 and Custom. Plus trophies for Best of Show, Best Club Attendance and Participant’s Choice Award.
• Meet Lance Miller, and buy a chance to have Lance give you a private tour of the Miller Corvette Collection!
• Lance will award the 3rd Annual ’Lance Miller’s Choice’ Trophy and he will bring one of the famous Corvettes from the Miller Collection. • Refreshments will be available for purchase during the lunch hour in an indoor, air conditioned area.

Vettes at The Beach

This is one of the best Corvette Show in the Northeast. All profits go to local charities, to date we have donated approximately $51,000.00.
The Show is located on Rt 13 at Sylvan Beach, New York about 40 minutes East of Syracuse , New York. The Cost is about $15.00 the day of the Show.
The Field opens at 09:00 AM and goes to 4:00 PM on July 2008.

Classical Glass Corvette Club 18th Annual 5-Star July 11-13, 2008 Tacoma, WA

18th Annual Five Star Classic, Hosted by Classical Glass Corvette Club of Tacoma, WA. The event opens Friday with a hospitality night, followed Saturday by a huge car show held at LeMay America’s Car Museum, judging and prizes will be awarded.
Next up is a Rally, followed by an evening banquet and silent auction. Sunday will be an Autocross or a poker run tour.
All Proceeds benefit Clover Park Technical College Automotve Scholarship Program.

Bloomington Gold Tours will depart Flagstaff, Arizona for six days of cruising through some of America’s most spectacular scenery. Hot Summer Nights is put on by Downtown Sioux Falls. It’s a great event with hundreds of Corvettes and Harley’s with great entertainment and food vendors. Event starts at 5pm and lasts until 10pm. Come enjoy a live band, thousands of people, fantastic cars and a Harley parade!

Black Hills Corvette Classic

Noland's books on Corvette restoration have been nationally acclaimed as authoritative sources. Don't miss this opportunity to have him autograph your copy. Cruise-In on the Parkway at Reif Estate Winery, 15608 Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario hosted by the Niagara Corvette Club.
Goodie bags and dash plaques to first 150 cars. Door prizes, raffles and 50/50 draw. People's Choice Show & Shine: classes for Corvettes, classic cars, street rods, muscle cars, trucks, imports, customs and antiques. All cars/trucks welcome. Free spectator admission. Charity BBQ. Registration begins 8:00 a.m., $15.00. Proceeds donated to The Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre.
